Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
To reserve space in a class, tuition must be paid in full at time of registration. A class credit will be issued for cancellations made up to 3 days before the class. No class credits for cancellations received less than 3 days before the scheduled class. Class credits must be used within one year. Gift certificate reservations are subject to the same policy and must be presented at time of registration. We regret that we must enforce this policy. Please feel free to send a friend in your place if you cannot make it to a class you signed up for. Unfortunately, A la Carte must reserve the right to cancel a class. You will be notified by phone and issued a full refund."

Culinary Arts Preliminary Series C.A.P.S. Summer Program for Young & Teenage Chefs 3/14/2010
C.A.P.S.: Ages 13 – 19; Jr. C.A.P.S.: Ages 8 – 12
The program is offered twice during the summer with each weeklong
series covering the fundamentals of the
culinary world. Classes will not repeat recipes, only reinforce concepts. Students may choose to take one
session or both; however students must attend Monday thru Friday. If you are interested in attending
professional culinary school or becoming a chef, this is the preparatory program for you and we recommend
that you take both sessions. Our program is taught by our patient, professionally-trained
chefs.
